This product should be removed from sale together with the advertising campaign. Which is grossly misleading and a breach of advertising standards.The product itself is dangerous to the user as it can cause serious health issues, including, legionnaires disease, pleurisy, bacterial and viral infections etc.
Do not use this website for face masks or you will have a long wait. I have no idea what they’re like for other products as I haven’t used them before but I ordered 1 face mask over 1 month ago for my mother, it said delivery in 1-2 weeks, still nothing. No communication from them about the delay. I’ve emailed and received no reply, but they had the cheek to send me endless emails advertising other products. Never again Mx

They lie about their delivery times on their website. It's only after you've spent hours creating a photobook that you find out it will take much longer to arrive....EDIT: They do mention the exception for photobooks but only AFTER the small print and the FAQs right at the bottom of the page so you’d really have to know it’s there to find it. It’s fair to say it’s more of a deception than a lie.
Really poor customer service - ordered several items which missed their delivery date and they did very little to fix this courteously. One particular online agent was writing to me in capitals and the other ended the chat before the issue was resolved.One item was eventually resolved but this was only after my persistence. This was extremely unfair and upsetting as I had ordered everything I needed using their suggested delivery dates, and paid extra to get it on time.When I eventually received the items (mugs), every mug out of 6 had a problem. 1 was broken, 1 had the dishwasher safe logo printed next to the image instead of the bottom, and all of them had printing streaks. I was using Vistaprint for my small business but never again. Gutted and deflated.
For the second time, I had a very positive experience with VistaPrint. This time the Royal Mail misplaced my parcel. I had a quick chat with VistaPrint and it was very easy. They posted a new set of cards with special next day delivery. No muss no fuss... I really appreciated it.
Fantastic customer service. I fully trust vistaprint when my business requires products that they provide. I’ve only ever had one thing arrive with poor print and they’ve sent me out another one free of charge within a day of me reporting it to them. You can trust this company to be fair and provide a high quality product.
1. If you purchase anything with this company, you're signed up for life to receive annoying emails which you can't unsubscribe from. Most reputable companies include the option to unsubscribe in their emails. Vistaprint makes unsubscribing impossible if you have forgotten the details of your account, as they require you to log in in order to cancel emails. Unsubscribing should be fast and easy - and that's exactly what they want to prevent . The company doesn't include this option into their emails and calls to not lead to any respite from the flood of emails either. 2. The quality of the products is very poor. Staff are helpful - they deserve a bonus point for this - but they are not always very knowledgeable when it comes to using the designing software either.
Service was easy and efficient no complaints - Just the final product turned out to be great but not as good as others. Quality of the products weren't as good as other places I had used before, although can't fault the competitive price! Would use again for certain products or if you're looking for an affordable price!
Excellent Customer Service & over the Moon with my Calendars
I wouldn't use anyone else but vistaprint as it is so easy to create your business card etc and delivery is within 48hrs
I wanted to design a personalised desk calendar - as shown on the front website page. After talking to one of your staff, apparently this design is not available - therefore you are advertising something that you do not(no longer produce) so please remove this from your website.
I have been a Vistaprint UK client for a good few years. In that time I have 100% various items to help market my company. The items from Vistaprint & Promotique have been really well designed and delivered etc.Also on each delivery I have received a decent discount which I then pass on to my regular customers and clients etc.So I just want to say Keep up the good work??
I'm something of a VISTAPRINT junkie having recently purchased t shirts, mugs, notebooks, calendars & pens. The items are of excellent quality & value. Photos are clear and well printed & it is very easy to design what you want & upload your photos The pens I have just bought are ideal gifts for friends
Quality of Mugs was brilliant. I dealt with Walid on Livechat and got a great product! Customer service was over and beyond.Would recommend!
